By downloading, installing, or using the "AI Calculator: Chat & Tools" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.


2. Financial and Medical Disclaimer (Important)

The App provides various calculators (including but not limited to EMI, SIP, Loans, Taxes, BMI, and BMR). 

- No Financial Advice: The financial tools provided in this App are for estimation and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Interest rates, tax brackets, and loan terms change frequently. You should always consult a certified financial planner or bank official before making any financial decisions.

- No Medical Advice: The health calculators (such as BMI and Calorie tools) are for general information only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new diet or fitness program.


3. AI Chatbot Disclaimer

The App features an AI-powered assistant designed to help with general math, conversions, and inquiries. 

- The AI generates responses using automated machine learning models. 

- While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate information (hallucinations).

- You agree that DevNova Technologies is not liable for any actions you take based on the information provided by the AI chatbot.


4. User Code of Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local and international laws. You agree NOT to:

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

- Input malicious code, spam, or abusive language into the AI chatbot.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software within the App are the intellectual property of DevNova Technologies  and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the App without our explicit written permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devnova Studios and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or device damage.


7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any feature within it) at any time without prior notice.
