DevNova Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI Calculator: Chat & Tools mobile application (the "App"). We take your privacy very seriously. 2. Data Collection and Usage (Data Safety)

We prioritize your privacy by keeping your data on your device. 

- Financial and Health Data: All financial calculations (such as EMI, Loan, Tax, and SIP) and health calculations (such as BMI and BMR) are processed locally on your device. We DO NOT collect, transmit, or store your financial, medical, or personal data on our servers.

- Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, or address.

- AI Chatbot Interactions: The AI chatbot feature processes your text inputs in real-time to generate responses. Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or medical information into the chatbot.

3. Advertising and Analytics (Third-Party Services)

To keep the App free, we use third-party services that may collect data for advertising and analytics purposes:

- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob automatically collects your device's Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and device information to serve non-personalized or personalized ads. 

- Google Analytics for Firebase: We use Firebase to collect anonymous crash reports and usage statistics to help us fix bugs and improve app performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. App Permissions Explained

The App may request the following Android permissions strictly for core functionality:

- Network/Internet Access: Required to load advertisements (AdMob) and to communicate with the AI Chatbot service.

- Storage/Media (Optional): Required only if you choose to save, export, or download calculation reports (like PDF files) to your device's local storage.

5. Data Security

Because your calculation data remains locally on your device, it is secured by your device's own security mechanisms (such as your lock screen PIN or biometrics). We use industry-standard encryption for internet communications (HTTPS) when connecting to our AI services.

6. Children’s Privacy (Families Policy)

Our App is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
